技術名稱: 產品品質指標預測技術

技術簡介

研發產品品質指標預測技術,透過分析機台感測資料,可線上判斷工件品質,即時偵測不良品,並可動態調整檢測人力。

Abstract

Developed quality indicator prediction technology is able to analyze sensor data to real-time predict quality of workpieces, and thus fully on-line inspection can be realized and labor can be re-arranged dynamically.

技術規格

.提供線上判斷產品品質是否合格,與預測產品品質功能 .應用於機械加工,工件不良品檢出率達98%,預測誤差MAE < 0.01mm

.Provide online NG workpiece detection and quality prediction functions. .In machinery applications, NG workpiece detection rate is up to 98%; and quality prediction error is less than 0.01mm

技術特色

本技術整合十幾種人工智慧演算法建立「眾智式AI學習預測技術」,應用於產品品質預測,同時克服產線因設備零件更換造成模型調適的問題,具高精準度和低誤警報率優勢,有效緩解產業缺工問題。

應用範圍

可應用於機械加工、半導體、光電半導體產業良品/不良品判斷與品質預測。
