製程分析與最佳化技術藉由建構品質預測模型,以及高效率製程配方參數最佳化演算法,協助製造業縮短產品研發時程和提升產品良率。

Abstract

Process Analysis and Optimization (PAO) techniques include quality prediction models, and sample-efficient process parameter optimization algorithms, to shorten development time, improve product yields, and reduce manufacturing costs.

技術特色

本技術採用基於人工智慧之製程分析與最佳化技術,發展前瞻資料取樣與實驗設計方法;整合多種先進機器學習或統計模型,來建構製程模型描述製程參數與產品品質的關聯;同時利用全域最佳化演算法,來優化產品品質與生產成本。最終目標發展出一套完整的製程分析和最佳化方法,有效縮短先進製程的研發週期和提升良率,達到Time to market之目標。

應用範圍

可應用於光電、記憶體、機械加工、鋼鐵、成型、化工等製造產業製程配方參數研發、製程批次控制以及產品品質預測。

分析電腦: 建議CPU i5等級以上、至少32GB記憶體、高容量SSD主硬碟。
