技術名稱: 貨物驗收影像與單據自動比對技術-轉口模組

技術簡介

貨物驗收影像與單據自動比對系統,主要目標為提升貨物集散拆併貨作業效率,技術上已成功整合進出口倉「收貨進倉」、「裝櫃出倉」、「進口拆櫃」及「轉運理櫃」等作業,並完成功能模組與資訊整合平台,提供進出口貨物進、出、轉倉資料視覺化及無紙化作業環境,以縮短作業時間,提高作業效率與客戶服務水準,並於物流作業場域進行實際驗測確認:經由流程即時資訊化及貨物數位影像資料,可縮短作業時間、減少人力負擔並提升整體營運效率。

Abstract

In order to improve the value-adding services in harbors, a container automatic comparison system for cargo acceptance image and documentary data for container terminal is developed to enhance groupage, discharge and transit operating efficiency in container terminals. Technically, this technology successfully integrates warehouse import and export stuffing module into information integration platform to provide a warehouse transit operation a visualization data and paperless environment to shorten work time, improve work efficiency and customer service level, and be practically verified in container terminal stations. By informatization, the operation period can be shortened and efficiency can be increased.

本計畫整合物聯網、數位影像、行動手持裝置及無線通訊技術,開發貨物驗收影像與單據自動比對技術-轉口模組,貨物轉口之裝卸載流程繁瑣,理貨及資訊整理人力成本高並易產生差錯,透過本技術可避免作業誤失所衍生商譽損失和降低公司信用風險問題,及可有效提升物流作業場域作業效率,增加公司獲利,節省人力等經濟效益。
