技術名稱: 資料去識別化技術

技術簡介

巨量資料應用發展促使資安風險與隱私侵害等威脅伴隨而生,企業數位轉型帶來資安威脅新挑戰,風險控管意識提升。透過導入資料去識別化等資料隱私安全防護操作,可在兼顧個資安全與應用需求下發揮資料潛藏價值。目前提供於巨資平台之平行化版本,具備處理TB等級以上資料能力。

Abstract

With the developments of big data applications, the threats of security risk and privacy infringement are accompanied. The digitizing of the enterprise in big data era brings the new challenges to improve their risk control and management for security and privacy. Under the importing of the data de-identification and privacy protection mechanism, the enterprise can both fulfill the privacy risk control and maximize the potential of the data value for their future applications.

提供敏感性個資資料轉換 (概化與符號化) 與去識別化檢驗 (K匿名法) 相關工具集,可符合臺灣個資去識別化驗證規範所需之技術操作,包含: 1. 資料概化處理 2. 資料符號化轉換 3. 支援巨量資料平台之K-匿名驗證引擎 4. 匿名資料生成技術 5. 資料風險與效用分析技術

Technical Specification

Follow the "Code of Practice for Anonymised Personal Information Certification Standard", and provide sensitive data transformation and privacy checking with de-identification tool-kit, which includes: 1. Data Generalization 2. Data Tokenization 3. Parallelized K-anonymity Verification Engine on Big Data platform (e.g. Cloudera) and support SQL-Like database 4. Anonymous data synthesis 5. Privacy data risk & utility evaluation

技術特色

本技術可進行敏感性個資資料轉換 (概化、符號化) 與去識別化檢驗 (K匿名法) 等操作,並運用深度學習記住,建立以合成資料方式建構資料釋出與交換運用之方法,可整合於傳統SQL-like資料庫系統,或新一代巨量資料平台運算架構。符合國內個資去識別化驗證規範或GDPR資料匿名處理所需之相關技術情境,初步已應用於政府部會釋出開放資料與金融場域應用,並因應個資法規與領域專法限制,建置資料去識別化實證案例與指引。此技術榮獲105年全國標準化獎「標準化前瞻貢獻獎」。

應用範圍

各應用領域 (如媒體業、金融業、網路服務業等) 於巨量資料釋出、交換、或交易時,支援資料應用之安全風險控制。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

硬體:Server級電腦/GPU運算能力之電腦或叢集。軟體:Windows or Linux作業系統,巨量分析平台,python 3。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

熟悉電腦軟體系統操作,如:平行化演算法、資料庫操作。具機率模型、深度學習或機器學習基本概念。
