技術名稱: 文字探勘暨語意搜尋技術

技術簡介

巨資中心「文字探勘暨語意搜尋技術」,透過自然語言分析提供符合台灣在地化日常用語的語意理解,並可在結構化與非結構化的資料中,搜尋使用者欲鎖定的相關資訊;另搭配關聯推斷技術,可透過搜尋出的資料進一步分析,建置出可視覺化具有前因後果的知識圖譜,有效提供使用者了解關注議題間的關聯關係。 本技術已應用以下場域: 一、商品搜尋平台:提供用戶在網站上快速地找到所需的商品,提升商業服務價值與優良的用戶體驗;並建置雲端平台,可提供業者快速佈建且具備滿足彈性的橫向擴充機制。搜尋準確度及系統穩定度皆滿足業界營運標準。 二、智慧工廠應用:透過廠域議題資料分析與關連,產生議題間的知識圖譜,並從中找出根源問題(root cause),大幅縮短搜尋問題資料與解節方案所需之人力與時間成本,提升製造與生產之效能。

Abstract

We roll out a product search engine based on semantic search technology that not only helps users find items they want on its website, but also delivers results based on their likely intent. Essentially, our system provides semantic understanding of Taiwan‘s localized language and interactive enhancements to produce highly relevant search results. Our system also provides scale-out management mechanism to achieve service extensions, in addition, provides the interface to search engine monitoring, management and adjustment, which allow the industry have more convenient maintenance and control environment. This technology has been verified the accuracy of the search service and system stability in the actual field. Currently, we have filed 19 patents for this technology.

.文件搜尋精準度(Precision)達90%以上 .關聯性驗證正確率(Accuracy)達80%以上 .可理解同時包含5種語意概念的查詢問句,正確率達91% .在2個搜尋節點下系統90%的回覆時間0.955秒且每日可承載查詢量200萬次以上;以同樣參數於5個搜尋節點下,平均系統回應則為0.450秒

.Understanding 5 different shopping semantic concepts in Chinese language and remaining accuracy at 91%. .Gaining 14.6% personal-preference booted average accuracy of semantic search result. .Average system bearing capacity at 2 millions per day, and 90% response time less than 1 second based on 5 search nodes.
