本項技術為新創之感測技術，可精確的篩選粒徑，且不受微粒表面特性影響，同時粒徑偵測下限遠低於簡易式光學元件。
Abstract
This art is a new type of sensing technology. It can accurately separates particle diameter, and is not affected by the surface characteristics of the particles, and the particle size detection lower limit is much lower than that of the simple optical sensor.
