技術名稱: 氣體感測裝置及氣體感測系統

技術簡介

本發明為一種臭氧與二氧化氮的安培式電化學氣體感測裝置,其具有高感測靈敏度與精準度特點,能實現低濃度偵測極限(ppb等級)之量測,本感測裝置可應用在工業安全、環境氣體連續監控與科技廠製程安全等應用。

Abstract

The invention relates to an amperometric electrochemical gas sensing device for ozone and nitrogen dioxide measurement. The sensing device with high sensing sensitivity and precision characteristics is capable of measuring the low concentration (ppb level). The sensing device can be applied to industrial safety, continuous monitoring of environmental gases, and process safety of technology plants.

技術特色

可實現ppb濃度等級之環境氣體感測。透過電極與元件機構設計來提高電化學式感測器之靈敏度,並利用材料物理及感測陣列演算方式,去除大氣環境中干擾因子之影響。

應用範圍

針對工業安全、室內外環境物聯網、科技廠廠區等汙染環境,進行臭氧與二氧化氮智慧監控。
