技術名稱: 機器人虛實整合教導裝置

技術簡介

本技術是以智慧定位感測器、教導握持移動裝置、末端介面教導回饋之技術手段,達成將機器人移動路徑進行感測紀錄直覺教導,並連線至控制器中,使之能重複教導路徑動作之功效,以解決傳統教導器難以控制、座標系統混砸等問題。

Abstract

This technology is based on intelligent positioning sensors, teaching and holding mobile devices, and teaching feedback on the end effector of robot. It achieves intuitive teaching of sensing and recording the robot‘s movement path, and connects it to the controller so that it can repeat the teaching path. The effect of the action is to solve the problems that the traditional teaching device is difficult to control and the coordinate system is not aligned.

透過3D掃描與動作模擬,適用於具開放式控制器架構之6軸關節式機器人。

技術特色

開發虛實整合教導裝置,使用者先手持操作教導裝置,以欲噴塗、焊接、組裝之工件表面進行動作教導,並同時將路徑與物件特徵進行感測與辨別,教導時裝置接觸式或非接觸式末端介面可提供使用者教導回饋,透過無線通訊方式,將實體機器人運動軌跡進行模擬分析,並進行各種優化分析,接著再將整段路徑傳至機器人控制器中運行。該方法可有效解決複雜路徑難以教導之問題。
