技術名稱: 智慧複材貼合監控回饋技術

技術簡介

藉由複材平面紋理視覺檢測技術開發,達成貼合監控回饋,可有效降低貼合產生之缺陷。

Abstract

2D composite material computer vision inspection can achieve in-situ feedback, decrease defects generated by laminating.

技術規格

智慧複材貼合監控回饋技術提供三種瑕疵檢測模式,分別為軟體觸發檢測、模組實體按鈕觸發檢測與自動化觸發檢測。可進行兩種以上瑕疵分類,例如:斷紗、紗束錯位等。並可擴增瑕疵種類。

Technical Specification

Intelligent composite material inspection technology provides three trigger modes: software trigger inspection, human trigger inspection and automated trigger inspection. This technology can classify at least two defects and defects classification ability can be easily expanded.

技術特色

智慧複材貼合監控回饋技術包含複材平面紋理瑕疵檢測系統,可用於自動纖維鋪放過程中常發生之瑕疵與缺陷檢測,例如缺少絲束、纖維曲折間隙缺陷的自動化檢測系統,達成貼合監控回饋,進而協助產業提升產品價值與可靠度。
