技術名稱: 嵌入式工業物聯網與XBee無線模組之整合應用

技術簡介

嵌入式點對多點工業物聯網無線裝置應用,實現雙向控制及確保重送機制的遠距離節點控制器。底層嵌入式微控制器的端點盒(Endpoint Box)負責感測器採擷數據與硬體控制,以點對多點Digi-Mesh無線傳輸數據的通訊,可以達成工業環境下抗雜訊及簡化配線佈署成本。

Abstract

Embedded point-to-multipoint industrial IoT wireless device application, long-distance node controller that implements bidirectional control and ensures resend mechanism. The Endpoint Box of the underlying embedded microcontroller is responsible for sensor acquisition data and hardware control, and communicates point-to-multipoint Digi-Mesh wireless transmission data, which can achieve noise immunity and simplify wiring in industrial environments.

技術規格

端點盒可透過Atmel 8-bit AVR-Microcontroller,提供軔體框架及可客製化電路佈局,軟體平台支援OPC UA資訊模型及XBee通訊之轉換。端點盒(Endpoint Box)控制器間通訊採用點對多點Digi Mesh,並且提供工業物聯網通訊標準閘道器的雙向轉換協作器(Gateway Coordinator)。

Technical Specification

The endpoint box can provide a software framework and customize PCB layout through Atmel 8-bit AVR-Microcontroller. The software platform supports the conversion of OPC UA information model and XBee communication. The communication between the Endpoint Box controllers uses point-to-multipoint Digi Mesh, and provides a bidirectional gateway coordinator for the IIoT communication.

技術特色

底層MCU負責採擷數據的感測層、結合XBee Endpoint雙向無線傳輸控制的通訊層,Gateway負責整合XBee Coordinator通訊數據的物聯網介面轉換,提供上層的數據中心,建構一個低成本、低功耗的,非侵入式的振動稼動率與隨插即用報修裝置方案,目前支持XBee 和 MQTT及OPC UA通訊之轉換,可配合開發客製嵌入式Gateway協定轉換。
