技術名稱: 空壓關鍵組件驗證技術

技術簡介

本技術主要是對空壓關鍵組件(電磁閥)的產品設計開發與驅控進行驗證。產品特性具有較高出氣量與穩定性,驅控方面則經由調整增益追蹤使電磁閥作動所輸入的PWM參考訊號,並降低電磁閥的電流下降時間,使電磁閥可快速作動,並增加作動準確性。

Abstract

This technology is mainly to verify the product design and development and drive control of pneumatic key components (solenoid valve). Product properties have high air output and stability. In the drive control aspect, the PWM reference signal input by the solenoid valve is adjusted by adjusting the gain tracking, and the current drop time of the solenoid valve is reduced, so that the solenoid valve can be quickly actuated and the operating accuracy is improved.

空壓組件出氣量較市售同級產品提升10%以上。在空壓組件驅控方面,螺線管電流控制驅動器技術之控制準確性較開路控制高10%以上,本技術之PCB驅控電路與電路板其規格如下: 電源供應器: +24.5V, -24.5V 參考輸入: 0.0V – 0.8V PWM訊號 鋸齒訊號輸入: 20kHz, 200mVp 負載規格: 59.5 Ohm, 71.7 mH 螺線管 最大參考頻率:約166Hz

Technical Specification

The air output of the pneumatic component is increased by more than 10% compared with commercially available products of the same level. In terms of pneumatic component control, the control accuracy of the solenoid current control driver technology is more than 10% higher than the open loop control. The specifications of the PCB drive control circuit and circuit board of this technology are as follows: Power supply: +24.5V, -24.5V Reference input: 0.0V – 0.8V PWM signal Sawtooth input: 20kHz, 200mVp Load specification: 59.5 Ohm, 71.7 mH solenoid Max. reference frequency: around 166Hz

技術特色

空壓組件結構元件採用非對稱設計,使流體輸出口周長比市售同級空壓組件多40%以上。創新閥部件設計,以?化閉鎖效果、縮短機構作動時間和降低作動的不穩定性,並減少組裝的困難度。空壓組件驅控方面,以回授方式進行驅控電路設計,並具有增益與比較器等設計,可對高頻空壓組件(電磁閥)之開關參考訊號(如電壓)進行高準確性驅控。輸出訊號可用較低電流與電壓顯示,不需要高昂之示波器。
