技術簡介

整合式馬達與驅動動力系統,採軸向端面整合機構設計,具備一體式水冷散熱系統及內嵌式三相電力接合,使馬達與驅控器呈現高度集成,控制器端採用碳化矽SiC功率模組大幅提升系統性能,系統功率密度大於4.0kW/L符合US DOE能源局2022年技術指標。

Abstract

The integrated motor and drive propulsion system adopts an axial integration endplate mechanism design. It content an oneness water-cooling design and an embedded three phase power connection, which makes the motor and the driver highly integrated. The inverter part of the system is designed by SiC power modules significantly improve system performance to achieve volumne power density greater than 4.0kW / L which meets US AOE indicators for 2022.
