技術名稱: 工具機控制參數自動調整系統與方法

技術簡介

一種工具機調機方法,係提供一配置有虛擬機台之調機系統,將一包含模擬參數之模擬命令輸入該虛擬機台,再使該虛擬機台依據該模擬參數進行該目標機台之響應之模擬作業,以自動計算出所需之控制參數,再將該控制參數作為調整該目標機台之基礎參數。

Abstract

A method for adjusting machine tool is to provide a transfer system configured with a virtual machine, inputting a simulation command including simulation parameters into the virtual machine, and making the virtual machine perform the target machine according to the simulation parameter Response to the simulation job to automatically calculate the required control parameters, and then use the control parameters as the basis for adjusting the target machine parameters.

Technical Specification

1. A tuning method, which provides a tuning system equipped with a virtual console. 2. 技術特色

本技術提供一配置有虛擬機台之調機系統,以模擬命令作為該虛擬機台的輸入訊號,再使該虛擬機台依據該模擬參數進行該目標機台之響應之模擬作業,以自動計算出所需之控制參數。並可依使用者的需求自動調整伺服加速度參數。此技術不僅可應用於工具機設計,還可以用在具有機電整合設計的產品中,例如機器人、電動車、電子變速器等。
