技術簡介
結合2D及3D影像分析的技術方法,可用於物件邊緣和物件表面曲率的量測。以非接觸式快速的獨特優勢,同時可精確地量測物件尺寸,速度可提升至少3倍以上,更有可取得實際量測數據的絕對優勢。
Abstract
The combination of 2D image and 3D model analysis technologies is applied for high accuracy and high precision measurements on objects with curvature surfaces. The advantage of this rapid contactless measurement method can acquire measurement data especially for the items which are examined by hard gauges.
