技術簡介

自動化多視角檢測系統可自動進行蘭苗分級檢測。搭配自動化機構設計,可快速將葉片遮蔽處撥開以進行瑕疵檢測。

Abstract

Automated multi-camera inspection system is applied for orchid inspection to classify quality. Automated mechanism design facilitates the system to identify defects rapidly.

檢測速度:每日7,000~8,000株 檢測蘭苗葉片數量:80%正確性 葉片長度:90%準確率 發黃葉片數量:90%正確性 瑕疵:60%準確率 提升出貨的品質及效率,每日產出可達7,000~8,000盆

技術特色

AI影像檢測系統,透過兩個方向的影像融合,可以檢測包含葉片數量、葉片長度、發黃葉片數量。再透過上方的鏡頭,可以辨識刮痕數量,可根據以上數種指標再去調整成所需的標準。 自動化蘭苗檢測系統,可以即時且快速的檢測蘭苗,以及撥葉機構可以將遮蔽較嚴重處撥開檢測。

應用範圍

可應用於蘭花產業,協助業者配合現場人力與環境設計使用彈性高之移動式辨識系統機構及撥葉裝置,可提供穩定與可調整的蘭苗品質標準,讓業者可以擁有品質穩定且能快速出貨的標準化檢測系統。
