技術名稱: 雷射複合光斑長距掃描加工技術

技術簡介

開發複合光斑模組與製程,可搭載於Robot上,應用於輕量化鋁材之車體、鈑金成形。

Abstract

Developed the complex focal spot module and Process. Used the complex focal spot assisted with robot, it can be used to lightweight aluminum vehicle body and sheet metal forming.

技術特色

光學式複合光斑設計,抑制高速銲接噴濺,自主設計平頂錐狀透鏡組,使產生點環狀光斑可對應預熱與加工之銲接熔池控制,以降低材料噴濺,改善銲接缺陷和降低粉塵汙染。

金屬雷射銲接、輕量化汽機車鈑金、車體成形、高值異形管材加工
