技術名稱: 曲面玻璃雷射切割技術

技術簡介

3D成型曲面玻璃,直接進行雷射切割與分離之新設備技術開發,可根據不同曲率的3D成型玻璃與複雜之幾何形狀需求,進行多樣化的加工應用,並可調控切割深度的長光刀引擎頭搭載高脈衝能量的超快雷射源,針對厚度~3 mm的玻璃提供一刀切割的製程方法

Abstract

One pass laser cutting technology for glass with thicknesses of up to 3 mm by integrating an extended and adjustable DOF optical module with high pulse energy laser source.

技術特色

提供自主開發長光刀引擎頭,並整合超快雷射源搭配國產四軸運動平台與CAD/CAM軟體完成曲面玻璃雷切機整機設備,可以提供車用曲面後視鏡片切割製程設備之total solution。
