技術名稱: 超快雷射微銲接技術

技術簡介

研發透明材料微銲接技術,發展可變長度微光柱模組,建立難銲接材料(玻璃)的製程技術,應用於光電元件及感測器的高強度、密封、耐候性能的微米等級銲接。

Abstract

Developed transparent material micro-welding technology, including variable-length micro optical column module and process technology for difficult-to-weld materials (glass), applicable to micro-scale welding of high-strength, sealing and weather-resistant performance of photoelectric components and sensors.

技術特色

"可變長度微光柱模組藉由長度可變,適應不同基板間的接合間隙及焊接深度的需求。本技術避免黏劑接合的劣化、潛變及氣體揮發問題,可應用於光電及生醫元件的具耐候性能的高強度密封銲接。 "
