技術名稱: 銲接/表面處理雷射應用技術(先期)

技術簡介

自主設計進行雷射系統整合、鏡組與掃描路徑之開發,無需元件運送以及清潔廢液,可減少環境汙染,以簡化製程與加工時間及提高品質的雷射清潔與熱處理技術

Abstract

Self-designed development of laser system integration, mirror and scan path , no need for component transport and waste liquids. The laser cleaning and heat treatment technology will reduce environmental pollution, simplify process with less working time and improve quality.
