技術名稱: 精密成型模溫控制技術

技術簡介

本技術可解決現有塑膠射出車用厚薄件透鏡之冷卻時間不一致問題。達成縮短厚薄件透鏡之射出成型時間35%,收縮量減少10%,幾何尺寸誤差小於0.1mm,達成車用光學元件之精密生產要求。

Abstract

The technology can solve the problems of inconsistent cooling time of the thick and thin plastic injection lenses for vehicles headlight. Achieved a 35% reduction in the mold cooling time of the thick and thin lens, a 10% reduction in shrinkage, a geometric dimension tolerance less than 0.1mm, and achieving the precision production requirements for automotive optical components.
