技術名稱: 吸收劑及其製備方法

技術簡介

本發明提供一種H2S吸收劑,包括:鐵酸鈣、鐵酸鋅、或其組合,其中鈣與鐵於該吸收劑中的莫耳比介於0.1:1至1:1,鋅與鐵於該吸收劑中的莫耳比介於0.1:1至1:1。本發明另提供一種吸收劑的製備方法。

Abstract

A H2S absorbent is provided. The absorbent includes calcium ferrite (CaFe2O4), zinc ferrite (ZnFe2O4) or a combination thereof, wherein the molar ratio of calcium to iron in the absorbent is between 0.1:1 to 1:1, and the molar ratio of zinc to iron in the absorbent is between 0.1:1 to 1:1. A method for preparing the absorbent is also provided.

技術規格

本技術以含鐵量為20-75 wt.%的富鐵工業副產物為原料,合成高硫捕捉率吸收劑,該吸收劑可將氣體中H2S降至2ppm以下。

Technical Specification

High sulphur capture sorbents could be prepared by using iron – rich industrial by-product as raw material. H2S concentration in the treated gas would be reduced below 2 ppm.
