技術名稱: 壓縮機的渦卷結構

技術簡介

本發明透過將渦卷壓縮機構中渦卷頭部之部份銑切,銑切量近似於該渦卷材質之常效工況溫度之熱膨脹量,來改善壓縮臨界吐出時渦卷頭部與對方件底部因熱膨脹所產生的摩擦,提高渦頭部壽命以及運作效率。

Abstract

The disclosure is related to a scroll structure for a compressor.The present invention improves the scroll head during critical discharge when the part of the scroll head in the scroll compression mechanism is milled, and the milling amount is close to the thermal expansion of the normal working temperature of the scroll material. The friction with the bottom of the counterpart due to thermal expansion improves the life of the scroll head and the operating efficiency.

Technical Specification

The scroll structure has at least one pre-cut portion, the fluid outlet is located in the central area, and the at least one pre-cut portion is located in the central area and on at least one of adjacent surfaces of the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll.

透過將渦卷壓縮機構中渦卷頭部之部份銑切,使得本機構得以實現提高渦卷頭部壽命及維持運作效率之需求。
