技術名稱: 熱交換器

技術簡介

一種熱交換器,包括:流體入口,其係設置在熱交換器之長側邊之一端;流體出口,其係設置在熱交換器之長側邊之另一端;複數個隔板,其係配置在熱交換器之長側邊、另一長側邊,以及長側邊與另一長側邊之間;複數個鰭片,係配置在複數個隔板之間;以及複數個流體匯集結構,其係沿著流體的流入方向以及流體的流出方向形成在複數個鰭片上以及複數個隔板中配置在長側邊與另一長側邊之間之該些隔板。

Abstract

A heat exchanger is provided. The heat exchanger includes a fluid inlet disposed on an end of a long side of the heat exchanger; a fluid outlet disposed on another end of the long side of the heat exchanger; a plurality of spacer plates respectively disposed on the long side, on another long side, and between the long side and the another long side; and a plurality of fluid confluence structures, formed on the plurality of fins along a direction of an inlet flow and an outlet flow and the spacer plates between the long side and the another side.

技術規格

增加熱交換器表面溫度均勻性及解熱量,解熱量提升5~6%。

技術特色

本發明中的鰭片具有結構鰭片及熱傳鰭片,可在不影響解熱量的前提下使內流場均勻化而達到表面溫度均勻的效果。此外,藉由改變離進出水口不同位置的鰭片長度,亦可解決熱交換器表面局部高溫的情形。
