技術名稱: 高溫燃料電池之雙電堆模組系統迴路設計與控制模組開發

技術簡介

本技術主要開發高溫燃料電池系統於雙電堆模組下之系統迴路設計與運轉控制模組,其中以系統迴路設計與控制兩顆高溫燃料電池系統為核心技術;依據不同高溫燃料電池操作需求,進行系統迴路設計與系統運轉分析,進而開發雙電堆之控制策略與控制模組,其目的在於提升系統操作彈性,運轉可靠度以及系統發電效率,並使系統發電效率可達國際運轉水準。

Abstract

This technology is about development of control module and system loop for a high-temperature fuel cell system with multi stacks, wherein the main aim and core technology are to design the system loop and control strategy to operate plurality of high-temperature fuel cell systems. The flexibility of the stack operating, stability of the proposed system and efficiency of the power generation can be further improved by using the developed technologies.

技術規格

本技術是針對固態氧化物燃料電池(Solid oxide fuel cell, SOFC)系統於雙電堆模組下進行系統迴路設計與控制策略之開發,技術內容包含系統分析、系統架構設計與操作控制模組開發。

Technical Specification

The present technology develops the system loops and control module of the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) power system with two fuel cell stack modules. By this technology, the SOFC system efficiency can be increased by the proposed system analysis, loop design and control module.

技術特色

1. 提出一個應用於固態氧化物燃料電池雙電堆模組系統之系統迴路模型。 2. 設計一個控制模組針對SOFC雙電堆模組於不同狀態下之運轉控制條件與安全控制策略,提升系統操作彈性與運轉穩定度。 3. 提出雙電堆系統內所有運轉分析與系統運轉過程中於不同操作狀態下之操作參數對於效率之影響評估。 4. 上述三個技術,已透過實機實驗進行驗證,確認本系統於系統迴路設計與控制模組開發下,其發電效率可達國際指標。

傳統電廠、半導體餘料處理、畜牧業、石化業、煉鋼等發電與能源相關產業。
