技術名稱: 高溫燃料電池熱箱模組技術開發

技術簡介

熱箱組件整合為提高固態氧化物燃料電池(SOFC)系統發電效率的關鍵技術之一,本技術進行25kW熱箱技術開發,透過共熱源燃燒器模組設計,結合高效率熱交換器,可使電堆發電功率達25kW、發電效率達50%。共熱源模組為燃燒器與空氣熱交換器之整合,燃燒腔內操作流量≧4500lpm,預熱空氣流量可依需求控制於1000~2500lpm。透過操作流量之調整,可控制燃燒出口溫度>900℃、預熱空氣出口>200℃,提供25kW SOFC發電系統運轉之熱平衡調控機制。本技術已完成熱箱性能驗證,並進行穩定性測試累計超過200小時,包含SOFC系統升溫、拉載、降載、停機等模式之測試驗證,驗證本熱箱技術之實用性和穩定性。

Abstract

The hot box integration is one of the key technologies to improve the power generation efficiency of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) system. This technology develops the compact 25kW hot box technology with a co-heat source burner module, which support the SOFC system to generate the power greater than 25kW with power efficiency of 50% at least. The burner module includes a combustion chamber with maximum operating flow rate of 4500 lpm and air heat exchanger channels with operating flow rate between 1000~2500 lpm.

技術規格

本技術整合固態氧化物燃料電池(Solid oxide fuel cell, SOFC)熱箱組件,如燃燒器、重組器、熱交換器等組件,技術內容包熱組件分析設計、熱箱次系統熱平衡分析及驗證,系統運轉整合測試。

Technical Specification

The study presents the components of an hot-box module for a SOFC system, such as burner, reformer, heat-exchanger. The content of this technologies includes design and analysis of the heat components, thermal equilibrium analysis of the hot-box sub-system, and power generator integrated operating test.

1. 提出一個應用於固態氧化物燃料電池系統之熱箱組件及模組設計 2. 建置中大型熱箱模組原型,整合各熱組件之實體驗證,加速系統熱箱開發。 3. 結合自製熱箱模組進行高溫型燃料電池系統運行驗證及性能測試。

傳統電廠、大型化工廠、半導體餘料處理、畜牧業、石化業、煉鋼等發電與能源相關產業。
