技術名稱: 低待機功耗LED智慧照明電源開發及效能驗證

技術簡介

本研究主要為低待機功耗之LED智慧照明電源技術,其中包含智慧照明電源電路設計及雛形電路製作與驗證。

Abstract

A smart lighting LED driver with low standby power is developed by the patented circuit topology of this project. In this research, the detailed driver analysis and design are provided. The prototype verification are demonstrated that the power efficiency and the standby power of the driver are essentially improved with excellent performance.

技術規格

在額定功率20W時,(1)電源效率>85%、(2)待機功耗<0.5W、(3)頻閃百分比<2%及(4)功率因數>0.9。

Technical Specification

The verification project is included in the rated power of 20W (1) power efficiency > 85%, (2) standby power <0.5W, (3) percent flicker <2% And (4) power factor >0.9.

技術特色

本研究採用前身計畫研發之專利電路 - 高效能高功因之電源電路,其功率電路較傳統返馳式電路有較低之切換損耗,並可減少電磁干擾強度。此優勢對於智慧照明電源內通訊模組穩定度、待機功耗與電路成本,理論分析中皆具明顯優勢,雛型樣品性能驗證證實待機功耗、效率、Flicker Percent等均達到預定指標。
