技術簡介
具冷凍冷藏展示櫃之超商、超市場域中,由於冷藏櫃持續低溫製冷,造成耗電量居高不下,甚至耗電量佔比可達整店之70%以上,而開放式冷藏櫃耗能有80%來自於冷藏櫃內低溫冷空氣外洩,冷空氣外洩不僅增加冷藏櫃耗電量,亦會將冷能外洩至周遭環境並影響場域溫度分布。透過本研究結果,透過冷凍冷藏櫃與空調系統整合控制方法,於場域溫度22~28℃之條件下,可達到冷藏櫃節能4.6%/℃、整場域節能1.5%/℃之功效。
Abstract
In the supermarkets or convenience stores, due to the continuous operating of refrigerated cabinets, power consumption accounts for about 70% of the stores. The high energy consumption of the refrigeration system comes from the leakage of low-temperature cold air of the open refrigerated display cabinets. Based on the results of this research, it can achieve the energy saving of 4.6% / ℃ the refrigerated display cabinets and 1.5% / ℃ for the whole stores by using the integrated control method of refrigerated display cabinets and air conditioning systems.

技術特色
場域空調設定與冷藏櫃耗電量有極大之關聯性,在一般商用場域內,空調設定26度以節能,但在具冷藏櫃之場域中,隨著區域內冷藏櫃數目增加,冷藏櫃與空調最佳設定條件將會改變,將有機會進一步提升節能量。
