技術名稱: 電力功耗感測方法及感測裝置

技術簡介

以低成本、體積小、易安裝為出發點,設計一種非接觸量測電流、電壓、功率因數等電力相關特徵的感測器,透過印刷探頭、相對數值、分散式訊號轉換、分時資料傳輸、便利安裝等概念創造出小於傳統電表十分之一的成本,可用於異常用電管理、設備診斷、行為分析等管理情境,甚至取代電表做為能源監測。

Abstract

Taking low cost, small size, and easy installation as the starting point, a non-contact sensor for measuring power-related characteristics such as current, voltage, and power factor is designed. It is created less than one-tenth the cost of traditional electricity meters via printed probes, relative values, distributed signal conversion, time-division data transmission and the concepts of convenience installation. That can be used for managements such as abnormal power usage, equipment diagnosis, behavior analysis, and even replace electricity meters as energy monitoring.

1. 技術已達少量試產及實場驗證階段。 2. 非接觸感應式原理,貼覆安裝無須斷線停機。 3. 低成本設計,可做為取代電表方案。 4. 同時感測相對電流、電壓、功率因數、溫度等多樣電力安全資訊。 5. 可進一步結合嵌入式人工智慧演算盒子模擬多迴路電表。 6. 採用通用工業通訊協定,相容度高。
