技術名稱: 商業建築量販店節能改善程序指引

技術簡介

本技術內容1. 建立國內商業建築節能改善標準化流程,提升國內私部門量販店商業建築的整體能源效率,2.以企業主可接受的投資回收年限的節能方案項目,進行節能改造示範,以實質節電費回饋實例,帶動連鎖企業自發性進行節能改善投資,以增加企業的競爭力,並達到政府節能減碳的目標。

Abstract

This technology is to Establish standardization procedures for energy efficiency improvement in domestic commercial buildings of retail stores, and improve the overall energy efficiency and carry out an energy saving improvement demonstration with acceptable energy efficiency measures, EEMs.

技術規格

1.節能改善PDCA程序,包含簡易程序與模擬預測評估程序、現勘表單,2. 以實際驗證過成效的節能策略方案EEMs, 3.實質節能改善工程示範案例,以驗證上述的節能策略方案之節能率與投資回收年限ROI

Technical Specification

1. PDCA procedure for chain store, including simulation process, field survey table forms, 2. the integrated EEMs, 3. The study of a demo case to verify the energy-saving rate and return on investment (ROI) of the EEMs.

技術特色

在進行商業建築節能改善之初,需要進行現勘、量測等前置作業,需要投入人力與經費,而國內業主、合約商往往對投入人力經費規模有不同的見解,造成許多節能改善的機會消失,也易造成日後節能績效認定有落差。
