技術名稱: 工業製程能源管理平台及智慧決策方法

技術簡介

本技術為生產前即時計算最佳化製程參數之製程模擬方法,結合設備製程控制系統、工廠企業資源管理系統及品質管制系統等之整體解決方案,藉由導入深度學習技術改善主次系統獨自調控等問題,透過智慧決策達到穩定製程品質和降低能耗等目的,同時具備低成本通訊模組和雲端智慧分析模組,大幅提高工廠管理成效與降低導入成本。

Abstract

This process simulation method in the EMS platform comprises process control system, ERP and quality control system in factory to achieve real-time optimized parameters right before processing. Using deep learning algorithms to overcome low efficient sub-systems control system, this intelligent decisions method is monitoring the process to stabilize quality while maintaining minimum energy consumption. The built-in low-cost communication module and cloud-base intelligent analysis tool increase the platform efficiency and decrease the implementation cost.

平台監控方式: 網路版或單機版;控制套件介接模組 :製程設備控制系統、工廠企業資源管理系統、品質管制系統;智慧分析模組:製程參數最多可容納80點位、工廠業資源管理系統參數最多可容納20點位、品質管制系統參數最多可容納20點位;模組運行模型規格:最多5種常見通用模型。
