技術名稱: 場內8K 360全景視訊直播技術

技術簡介

工研院所研發的「場內8K VR360全景視訊直播技術」提供大型場域賽事、演唱會、活動場內VR360直播的技術系統,包含頭端、網路、播放端的完整解決方案,提供大型體育賽事、演唱會等活動場內後方觀眾能夠以無感延遲看到前方現場的第一視角,有如身歷搖滾區,突破觀看空間限制,實現場內即時轉播的使用情境。

Abstract

ITRI’s "On-site 8K VR360 video streaming system “ allows users to wear Virtual Reality glasses that provide immersive experience, for the viewers to immediately feel the shocking, fabulous feeling like in a front row, and to enjoy the fantastic sound and light visual feast while feeling like the performers are right in front of you. This technology will help the domestic industry to have a role to play in the upcoming era of virtual reality.

技術特色

目前市面上直播皆是場外直播,延遲長達數十秒;場內直播由於觀眾在現場,對於低延遲非常要求,不同於市面上現有技術,本技術方案對頭端、網路及播放端均經過優化,延遲時間小於400ms,可符合場內直播需求。

應用範圍

球場及演唱會等影音活動直播現場;本技術已實際驗證於台北流行音樂中心。

- 播放端:Android 6.0 以上手機 或PC w/ GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2080ti以上顯示卡 + HTC Vive pro -拍攝端:ITRI VR360攝影機組(包含攝影機、視訊處理伺服器) 或支援上述規格之攝影機組
