技術名稱: 人類皮膚組織採集運送與纖維母細胞分離技術

技術簡介

由醫院自捐贈者採集之皮膚組織運送與分離人類纖維母細胞之技術,已於一般實驗室,由至少10個年輕捐贈者之包皮皮膚組織施行過此技術,可成功分離人類纖維母細胞。

Abstract

Technology for transportation of human foreskin tissue from hospital to laboratory and technology for fibroblast isolation from foreskin tissue

技術規格

可由1至14平方公分的包皮組織,分離出人類纖維母細胞,並經細胞型態、生長速度與cell marker 鑑定分析,可持續培養至少6代以上。

Technical Specification

The fibroblasts can be isolated from the transported foreskin tissue. After morphology, growth kineitcs and marker characterization, these fibroblasts can grow over 6 passages.

技術特色

由皮膚組織分離、培養、凍存、解凍與鑑定人類纖維母細胞之技術,已於一般實驗室,由至少10個年輕捐贈者之包皮皮膚組織施行過此技術。

應用範圍

由包皮組織取得人類纖維母細胞細胞,可作為後續生醫相關技術(如仿生皮膚組織開發)之細胞來源。
