技術名稱: 生物感測器和生物檢測方法

技術簡介

本技術為一套拋棄式定量免疫電化學檢測試片,藉由結合特殊設計之薄膜金電極及自主式卡匣,可在無外加動力下導引液體完成高靈敏之免疫檢測。

Abstract

This invention relates to a biological detection method by integrating a specially patterned gold-film electrodes with an autonomous capillary-flow device. This could be a promising approach for rapid testing due to its advantages of high sensitivity, low power consumption and ease of use.

技術特色

電化學檢測系統具有體積小、成本低、低耗能易操作及可數位化的優點,許多電化學電極試片易大量製造成本低,非常適合用於可攜式之快速檢測系統。本技術為一套拋棄式定量免疫檢測試片,藉由在薄膜金電極表面設計特殊之電極來提高訊號收集的效率以提升靈敏度,並且結合親和性薄層層析之流道試片來增加免疫反應的效率,本技術可短時間內完成免疫檢測,並搭配自主式卡匣可在無外加動力下導引樣品、試劑、清洗液及受質等液體,完成複雜的免疫檢測流程。
