技術名稱: 抗腫瘤轉移淋巴傳輸系統

技術簡介

利用改良式透明質酸材料包覆正電類藥物技術可較一般未修飾透明質酸所建構之奈米載體具更高之穩定性,且具CD44標定能力。可大幅增加藥物累積於淋巴結的能力,增加抗腫瘤轉移的作用。適合用於頭頸癌、黑色素細胞瘤、乳癌等治療。

Abstract

The nanoparticle composed of modified hyaluronic acid and cationic drug can improves stability, CD44 targeting, drug exposure in lymph node and anti-tumor activity in vivo. It is suitable for head and neck cancer, melanoma, breast cancer therapy.

技術規格

奈米顆粒大小:約100 nm; 血漿安定性:於48小時釋放小於50%; 淋巴傳輸:於淋巴結曝藥量大於原藥3倍以上

Particle size: approximately 100 nm; plasma stability: <50% release in 48 hours; lymphatic delivery: drug exposure in lymph node > 3 times of unformulated drug
