技術簡介

先導藥物具有特殊之kinase profiling，其活體降眼壓能力優於競品且紅眼症狀較輕，可解決競品療效不足與高副作用之問題。透過科專計畫建置之新穎標靶青光眼藥物研發平台，可以應用於各種青光眼藥物開發所需之藥物設計、藥物合成、藥物放大以及藥物藥效/藥動/毒理/劑型等評估工作。可以透過此平台產出新穎標靶青光眼先導化合物，供後續之藥物開發與研究。

Abstract

ROCK inhibitors lead compound has selective kinase profiling. In comparison with the competitor, this lead compound has a superior lower intraocular pressure effect and mild hyperemia symptom. Moreover, we also established various evaluation platforms including compound design and synthesis, process chemistry, pharmacodynamics/ pharmacokinetics/toxicology evaluation, and formulation technology for candidate development and industrial service.
