技術名稱: 內視鏡手術之直視型顯示器技術開發

技術簡介

微創內視鏡手術因為產生的傷口小、恢復期短,已逐漸成為手術的主流。但以往醫師進行微創內視鏡手術時,為了看清楚病灶處,經常得擺出各種違反人體工學的姿勢進行手術。為改善這樣的手術情境,工研院開發可直接穿戴在醫師頭部的臨床內視鏡手術顯示器,將病患的生理資訊轉換為虛擬影像,精準、清晰地投射在醫師的正前方,醫師就能清楚地在眼前看到病患的生理資訊影像,輕鬆、專注地執行內視鏡手術,而且只要在眼前揮手,就能切換眼前的虛擬影像和實景畫面,大幅降低微創手術時間,並提升微創手術的品質。本報告主要重點如下:(1)可透視頭戴顯示器光學系統設計、(2) 光學元件加工、(3) 光學次模組組裝、(4) 顯示電路設計、(5)亮度、對比與畫面尺寸量測、(6) 內視鏡手術之直視型顯示器操作說明、(7) 技術特性、優勢與應用範圍

Endoscopic surgery is becoming ever more popular due to benefits of small wound and short recovery. However, there are occasions the surgeon must assume an unusual posture, sometimes even anti-ergonomic, so as to look into the scope for a better view – like getting the perceived view aligned with the orientation of the site.
