技術名稱: 定量糖化血色素快速檢測系統

技術簡介

糖化血色素(HbA1c)」在糖尿病診斷及照護上的地位日益重要,無論是病患或是醫護人員,亟須一套方便使用而且精準的檢測系統。本單位以側流式(Lateral Flow)檢測為原理,發展可攜式的定量糖化血色素快速檢測系統,可應用於醫療現場,能現場採樣並於8分鐘內獲得檢測結果,醫師便可據此指示後續的醫療方式。

Abstract

Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) is more important for diagnosing and caring of diabetes. Regardless of a patient or a medical staff, an assay device that is convenient and accuracy is essential. We develop a portable quantitative HbA1c rapid test system that is based on lateral flow technique and can be used on site. A specimen could be analyzed by the system and shows results within 8 minute. Consequently, the physician can provide a further medical order for the patient.
