技術名稱: 用於改善難溶物的溶解度的組合物、其用途與含其的複合製劑

技術簡介

本技術為結合環糊精與難溶性藥物,並加入瓶塞,確保低結合力的藥物形成穩定的複合物,以提升難溶性藥物溶解度,用以提升於眼藥傳輸的效率

Abstract

This technology combines cyclodextrin and poorly soluble drugs, and adds a stopper to ensure that low binding drugs form a stable complex to increase the solubility of poorly soluble drugs and to improve the efficiency of eye drug delivery

難溶性藥物-環糊精-水溶性穩定劑複合物,藥物溶解度至少提升5倍。
