技術名稱: 應用數位化異位性皮膚炎疾病模組於藥物活性評估之技術平台

技術簡介

我們導入深度學習之AI技術於自然語言處理(NLP),及結合疾病基因體分析等技術,建構了一項異位性皮膚炎之數位化疾病模組分析技術,此一技術能彙整異位性皮膚炎之多項基因體學相關數據。

Abstract

We have combined the AI technology of Natural language processing (NLP) and omics analysis platform for construction of a digital disease module of Atopic dermatitis. By using this platform, we can collect and organize multi-omics data of atopic dermatitis.

技術規格

一項應用數位化AD疾病模組對候選藥物之動物實驗數值或分子試算結果進行交叉分析平台,能快速評估各項活性成分或潛力分子之藥理機轉。

Technical Specification

In this platform, the cross-analysis of experimental data from in vivo models or in silico analysis and digitalized AD disease module enables rapid assessment of pharmacological mechanisms of various active components in candidate drugs, or specific potential molecules.

技術特色

數位化疾病模組分析技術能彙整異位性皮膚炎之多項基因體學相關數據,並能自動化交叉比對候選藥物之動物實驗數值或分子試算結果。
