技術名稱: 農廢料源資材智慧加值技術

技術簡介

近年由於原油與世界穀物價格高漲,導致飼料價格水漲船高,整個畜牧產業的成本壓力劇增,以青貯料來取代部分的完全飼糧,是產業趨勢。而青貯料的製作除傳統原料外,其他農廢料源(如檸檬皮渣)亦可透過農廢料源資材智慧加值技術來轉化應用,透過所篩選機能型益生菌,利用快速、安全與穩定的青貯化技術進行加值,開發成為以植物性原料生產且可溯源的機能型益生菌動物飼料,可為台灣農企業解決廢棄物清運費用問題,並可帶來飼料商品的新獲利產線。

Abstract

Due to the rise in crude oil and world cereal prices, the price of feed has risen, and the cost pressure on the entire livestock industry has increased sharply. It is an industrial trend to replace some of the complete grain with silage. In addition to traditional raw materials for silage production, other agricultural waste sources (such as lemon peel residue), which could be processed by novel smart value-added technology, are used to find out fast, safe and stable silage resource.

It is an industrial trend to replace some of the complete grain with silage. In addition to traditional raw materials for silage production, other agricultural waste sources (such as lemon peel residue), which could be processed by novel smart value-added technology, are used to find out fast, safe and stable silage resource. Through the screening of functional probiotics, the value-added functional probiotic animal feeds have been developed and produced from plant-based raw materials with traceable character. It can solve the problem of reorganization and utilization of agricultural processing waste of Taiwanese agricultural enterprises and build up the new profitable production lines for feed products.
