技術名稱: 外泌體分離純化技術

技術簡介

高效率外泌體分離純化技術,包含切向流過濾(Tangential Flow Filtration, TFF)試劑及粒徑排阻層析法(Size-exclusion chromatography, SEC)膠體製備技術,能夠進行複雜樣品如細胞培養液與血漿中外泌體的分離

Abstract

High efficient techniques for separation of extracellular vesicles in complex samples, including reagents for tangential flow filtration and homemade agarose gel for size-exclusion chromatography. Samples can be cell culture medium or body fluids.
