技術名稱: 學習型車銑複合控制器技術

技術簡介

學習型車銑複合控制器技術,具有五軸車銑複合加工控制技術及B軸剛性攻牙學習控制,讓控制器以迭代式學習方式,學習反覆剛性攻牙動作,加工精度能符合JIS 2等級以上之規範。

Abstract

Learning Turn-mill Multi-tasking control technique include five-axis Turn-mill Multi-tasking functions and B-axis rigid tapping learning control technique which can be done by learning repeat tapping motion via iterative learning formula in controller and to achieve the precision above JIS 2 classification.

技術規格

學習控制平台技術規格:與FANUC相容G碼,EtherCAT通訊協定,使用運動人機雙核心系統,Windows XP embedded作業系統,INtime即時作業系統,伺服軸最多12軸,主軸最多6軸,位置迴路軟體伺服控制,具有全數位C/S主軸控制、正主軸/副主軸車銑複合加工控制、雙主軸同期控制、虛擬Y軸控制、高速高精度切削機能、軟體PLC、開放式人機介面、雙系統控制、同動加工、混合控制、重疊加工、五軸TCP (Tool Center Point)控制、傾斜面控制加工以及B軸剛攻學習型控制。學習型控制的發展,不僅拘限於B軸剛攻學習型控制,可延伸至多軸同步應用,例如XYZC 4軸同步控制以及多軸的TCP控制,透過反覆迭代學習方式降低同步誤差,藉此提高控制精度。

Technical Specification

Specification of learning control platform: FANUC compatible G code, EtherCAT communication protocol, dual-core system with motion control and human-machine interface, Windows XP embedded operating system, INtime real-time operating system, servo axis up to 12 axes, spindle up to 6 axes, software servo position loop control, digital C / S spindle control, spindle / sub-spindle turn-mill multi-tasking control, dual spindle synchronous control, virtual Y axis control, high speed and high precision cutting function, software PLC, open human-machine interface, dual-system control, synchronous control, composite control, superimposed control, five-axis TCP (Tool Center Point) control, tilted working plane control and B-axis rigid tapping learning control technique. The developing of iterative learning control, not only constraint for B-axis rigid tapping learning control technique, but also can be applied for multi-axis synchronization. For example, the XYZC 4-axis synchronization and multi-axis TCP control could reduce the synchronous error by repeat iterative learning to improve the control precision.

技術特色

以開放式全數位工業通訊控制為基礎,研發雙系統五軸同動控制車銑複合控制器,發展迭代式學習控制技術並與傾斜面控制加工與軟體伺服剛攻功能整合,開發B軸剛性攻牙學習控制技術,加工精度符合JIS 2等級以上之規範,可應用於五軸控制車銑複合加工機台,滿足傾斜面攻牙的需求。

應用範圍

車銑複合加工中心機、五軸同動B軸控制車銑複合加工機、多系統走心式車削中心,各式相關之加工機與產業機械。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

雙核心工業電腦,觸控螢幕、操作面板、IO卡,XP embedded、INtime即時控制軟體、支援EtherCAT之馬達和設備。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

需具備有加工應用技術之命令解譯、運動控制、人機介面開發人員。
