技術簡介

自主決策與品質優化加值軟體透過佈置於機台上之振動感測器,擷取並分析製程的切削特徵訊號,結合簡單方便的切削測試,能快速提供加工者適合的加工參數,大幅降低打樣試參數的時間與成本。

Abstract

Auto decision-making and quality optimization software (CUTeffi) uses vibration sensors arranged on the machine to capture and analyze the cutting characteristic signals of the process. Combined with simple and convenient cutting tests, it can quickly provide the processing parameters suitable for the processor, greatly reducing proofing, time and cost of test parameters.

技術規格

即時加工振動監控:透過感測器即時記錄加工情形,讓使用者在操縱機台的同時能輕鬆快速地了解加工情形。 線上加工異常警示:實時解析振動訊號並自主進行判讀,能在加工異常發生時發出警示並記錄,供使用者進行製程修改與調整。 製程參數自主優化:智能化分析刀具狀態,並能自主優化加工製程參數,避免加工異常振動發生,大幅降低加工者打樣試參數時間。

Technical Specification

Real-time processing vibration monitoring: real-time recording of processing conditions through sensors, allowing users to easily and quickly understand the processing situation while operating the machine. On-line processing abnormality warning: real-time analysis of vibration signals and autonomous interpretation, can send out warnings and records when processing abnormalities occur, for users to modify and adjust the process. Independent optimization of process parameters: intelligently analyzes the tool status, and can independently optimize the process parameters, avoiding the occurrence of abnormal vibration of the processing, and greatly reducing the time of the proofing parameters of the processor

軟體透過簡易清晰的人機介面能快速提供使用者加工資訊,讓使用者在操縱機台的同時能輕鬆掌握機台狀況,有效減少加工失誤;使用時透過簡單的切削測試,快速找出適當的銑削參數,輕鬆榨出機台效率的同時,亦能保持高精度的加工品質。
