技術名稱: 刀具設置檢知技術

技術簡介

一種加工程式與對應之切削刀具之匹配辨識技術,利用工業用相機獲取加工設備上各刀具的圖像,轉換成刀具裝配狀態數據,與加工程式中每一個工序所對應的刀具需求進行匹配,並將匹配結果呈現於操作介面。

Abstract

A matching recognition technology for NC program and corresponding cutting tools of machine tools comprises: obtaining an image of each cutting tool by an industrial camera, comparing the cutting assembling status data converted from the images with the cutting tool acquirement corresponding to each workflow of NC program, and displaying the comparison result on the operation interface.

技術規格

刀具設置檢知技術規格:辨識ISO規範之車刀(包含有C、D、V等刀片類型),NC CODE檢知以及具備車削製程類型與刀具類型、刀尖指向匹配檢知機能。

Technical Specification

Specification of cutting tools matching recognition technology: identification of the cutting tools compliant with ISO specifications, including C-typed, D-typed, V-typed, etc.), NC code recognition and the matching recognition technology to recognize the process type, tool type and tool direction.

技術特色

以工業用相機為基礎,將擷取出之刀具圖像進行特徵分析,研發刀具設置檢知技術以轉換出刀具裝配狀態數據,達成自動化刀具檢知功能,可應用於辨識裝配於車床、銑床等加工機之刀具。

應用範圍

車床、車銑複合加工中心機、雙主軸車銑複合加工機、雙主軸雙刀軸車銑複合加工機、立式車床、五軸同動B軸控制車銑複合加工機、多系統走心式車削中心,各式相關之加工機與產業機械。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

工業用相機與車床、銑床等加工機。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

需具備有加工應用技術之命令解譯、運動控制、人機介面開發、影像辨識相關人員。
