技術簡介

『無CAD模型之3D物件辨識取放上下料系統』,內容包含3D視覺模組開發、即時路徑規劃以及控制器整合。

Abstract

The non-CAD model-based 3D recognition and random bin-picking technology includes the development of the 3D vision system, real-time path planning, and robot controller integration.

技術特色

以國產3D視覺感測器與控制器為基礎,研發即時路徑產生技術,發展隨機堆疊物料取放應用,無須工件CAD模型即可進行隨機堆疊取放,可應用於工具機與機械手臂整合之系統單元。

應用範圍

車床、車銑複合加工中心機、雙主軸車銑複合加工機、雙主軸雙刀軸車銑複合加工機、立式車床、五軸同動B軸控制車銑複合加工機、多系統走心式車削中心,各式相關之加工機與產業機械取放料。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(設備)

雙核心工業電腦,觸控螢幕、操作面板、IO卡,XP embedded。

接受技術者具備基礎建議(專業)

需具備有自動化整合、運動控制、人機介面開發人員。
