技術名稱: 複材防脫層阻抗式鑽削加工技術

技術簡介

防脫層阻抗式複材鑽削模組,具備即時性力量回授監測與電控式阻尼進給控制系統,可針對各式複材疊層編織之特性,提供高速等效切削速率及高複材脫層良率之鑽削加工應用。

Abstract

The anti-delamination resistive composite material drilling module includes the instantaneous force feedback monitoring and electronically controlled damping feed control system, which can provide high-speed equivalent cutting rate and high composite material removal quality yield with difference of various types of laminated fabric.

技術規格

‧應用材料:複合材料(CFRP)。 ‧複材鑽削厚度:最大8 mm。 ‧鑽削條件:主速:最高20,000 rpm;進給速率:最大值 1 m/min。 ‧孔洞範圍:2 ~ 10 mm(直徑)。 ‧刀桿支援:HSK-50E。 ‧複材鑽削加工最佳化:透過力量即時回饋系統,進行鑽削軸向進給調控,提供有效的防脫層鑽削品質。

‧獨立式孔洞加工模組:搭載機械手臂進行定軸、大範圍工件鑽削應用。 ‧氣壓式驅動主軸:提供複材高轉速鑽削應用。 ‧單一軸向進給控制:搭配單軸向運動之高扭力線性馬達模組,提供可適式鑽削進給控制。 ‧有效的複材鑽削加工解決方案:結合即時力量感測、自適式阻抗進給參數於複材孔洞成型加工模組,有效抑制複材出口面與入口面低脫層影響,提供高良率複材孔洞加工解決方案。
