技術名稱: 複材繞切製程品質預估系統

技術簡介

大量收集加工中之製程資料,主要分析資料為振動及主軸負載訊號,利用非監督學習技術清理原始資料,關聯分群及品質標的,可於產線即時預估加工品質良、中、劣狀態,利於作業人員迅速反應,以降低工時。

Abstract

Collect massive raw data of machining, analyze vibration and spindle load data mainly, reorganize raw data by unsupervised learning, and relate grouping data and machining quality. This system provides 3-level machining quality prediction (good, warning and alert) real-time to help operators to respond quickly to save machining time.
