技術名稱: 低功耗能藍芽溫度傳感與監控技術

技術簡介

低功率藍芽溫度感測與監控技術主要是使用低功率藍芽技術對冷鏈與生鮮物品在物流運送過程中之溫度進行監視、紀錄與分析。 功能與特點: 1.感測溫度(-40~60°C)、醫藥精度(±0.5°C)、距離10~20m。 2.可USB或藍芽下載溫度資料,最多可記錄50萬筆資料。 3.電池續航力可連續使用6個月(10秒記錄一次)。 4.外接兩隻溫度感測探針,針對多溫層倉儲作溫度監控。 5.手機應用程式與藍芽中繼站可以將資料拋至監控平台進行記錄與分析。 6.具有溫度紀錄補償,提升穩定度、數據接收不遺漏。

Abstract

Temperature sensing and monitoring technology of Low-energy Bluetooth mainly uses low-energy Bluetooth technology to monitor, record and analyze the temperature of the cold chain and fresh goods during logistics transportation. Technical characteristics: 1.Temperature range (-40 ~ 60 ° C), accuracy (± 0.5 ° C), distance 10 ~ 20m. 2.The data in the sensor can be downloaded by Bluetooth or USB, and can record 500,000 data. 3.Battery fully .charged for 6 months of continuous use (record once every 10 seconds) 4.Two external temperature sensing probes for temperature monitoring of multi-temperature Warehousing and storage. 5.Data can be transmitted to the monitoring platform for recording and analysis by mobile phone applications and Bluetooth relay stations. 6.Loss of data during recording can be automatically compensated, improving stability and not missing data reception。

本計畫整合物聯網、行動手持裝置及無線通訊技術,開發低功耗藍芽溫度傳感與監控技術,可記錄冷鏈與生鮮物流在運送過程中的溫度,確保運送過程之貨品溫度在規定範圍內,使貨品從出貨、倉儲到消費者的冷藏或冷凍品質一致。
