技術名稱: 產線數位轉型應用服務模組

技術簡介

針對智慧工廠軟體、硬體與人員間的常用資料交換需求,導入國際標準物聯網通訊協定與資料模型,建立設備與資訊系統間的資料交換系統。

Abstract

Design and implement data collection based on international standard IoT communication protocol and information model for data exchange requirement between software, hardware and operator in smart factory.

技術特色

此系統可應用於SMB協助整合產線設備資訊的標準化與數位化,並透過不同的通訊規格擴大支援範圍,協助與如MES、ERP、電子看板等生管系統或軟體模組資料交換,加速推動產業升級。

應用範圍

中小企業製造業或工具機廠常見之多設備複合產線,如同時具備多種不同廠牌、型號、製程之生產設備。
