技術名稱: 未知PID控制器之參數調諧方法

技術簡介

控制器參數調整不適當經常會造成控制迴路無法有效運作,影響產線產品品質,進而使生產成本提高。常見PID控制器參數的調整須仰賴所使用的控制器品牌及對應的控制演算法,因此針對不同品牌的控制器,將需要不同的演算法以進行最佳化調整,調諧方法的不一致性將耗費可觀的人力時間及成本。以泛型控制器的控制演算法取代未知型式之PID控制器進行最佳化參數調諧,可解決上述不一致性問題並提供可靠及彈性的調諧方式。

Abstract

Improper setting of controller parameters often results in ineffective operation of the control loop, which affects the product quality and increases product cost. The setting and tuning of PID controller parameters often depend on the controller brand and the corresponding control algorithm, so different algorithms will be required for optimal adjustment in different brands of controllers. The cost of time and manpower will be increased due to this inconsistency of the coordination method. To this end, a parameter tuning method of an unknown proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is provided. The unknown PID controller is replaced with the control algorithm of the generic controller to perform the optimal parameter tuning to obtain the target parameters of the generic controller.

(1)系統動態識別:利用歷史操作數據識別系統動態。 (2)控制器性能評估:基於控制模擬結果建立多種控制器性能評估值,包含時域規格(性能)、頻域規格(強韌性) 、控制器輸出規格(飽和抑制)。 (3)具限制式多目標最佳化演算法:依據多種不同控制器設計規格進行最佳化搜尋,以得到多組最佳PID控制器參數。 (4)圖式化閉迴路響應:提供多種閉迴路響應計算及相關圖形,以判定調諧參數的穩定性及強健性。

Technical Specification

(1) Dynamic system identification: Use historical operating data to identify system dynamics. (2) Controller performance evaluation: Various controller performance are estimated based on closed loop simulation results, including time domain specifications (performance), frequency domain specifications (strong toughness), and controller output specifications (saturation suppression). (3) Constrained multi-objective optimization algorithms : Search optimal solution based on a variety of different controller design specifications to obtain multiple optimal PID controller parameters. (4) Graphical closed-loop response: Provide a variety of closed-loop response calculations and related graphics to determine the stability and robustness of the tuned parameters.
